José Maria Alaña

With more than 30 years of experience in the development of industrial, logistics and intermodal infraestructures, mainly in the Henares Corridor and the north of Spain. He has an extensive experience in the rehabilitation of buildings, urban management and residential development.
Appointed Entrepeneur of the year 2015 by CECAM, in recognition of his professional career, he is part of numerous Boards of Directors of the PULSAR companies and their subsidiaries, presiding over the PULSAR Foundation.
He is an honorary member of the Board of trustees of the General Foundation of the University of Alcala and member of the Steering Committee and Board of Directors of CEOE CEPYME Guadalajara, and vice president of its Logistics Association.
